Terms and Conditions

No Refunds on Custom turbo, modified or rebuilt Turbochargers or manifolds . No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom built order items will be allowed. 

Due to the nature of turbocharger building and parts sourcing, orders may be subject to change based on component availability. This may include compressor wheels, turbine wheels, bearing components, housings, or other internal parts. TurboBay Performance reserves the right to substitute components with equal or greater performance and quality in order to complete the build. These changes do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Core returns:

Core returns must be in good condition failure to send it good core will void core refund. On core deposits, cores must be returned within 30 days from receipt of turbocharger from Turbobay Performance LLC. Due to our policy failure to return a core within 30 days of receipt of turbocharger from Turbobay Performance LLC is automatic forfeit of refund.

If cores are returned on time and undamaged, you will receive your core refund within 30-45 days via method of our choice, PayPal, check, etc..

NOTE: Any turbocharger and/or part  left over 30 days or is not paid in full will be sold to cover expenses incurred.

Products & Services

Turbobay Performance LLC Warrants turbochargers to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the original date of purchase or for performance (race) 3-6 months. Oil feed line/s must be replaced wirh proof of purchase for any warranty. To confirm a defect in a turbocharger covered by this warranty, we will repair at our option with remanufactured components. There are no refunds on any installed parts and labor, regardless of fault or reason. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or fees associated with import/export.

FTW Turbochargers and Custom built Turbochargers

Please allow 6-10 weeks for build time. We do not guarantee exact time due high demand***

 All Turbobay Performance turbochargers are built to order to your exact specifications and should not be considered on the shelf ready to ship unless specifically noted on the work order. Build times vary by model of turbo and options of said turbocharger we cannot guarantee a delivery date or ETA. 

Exclusions

This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage or contingent damage caused by misuse, abuse, oil starvation or any modification. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear.

Limits of Liability

If any defects in material or workmanship are found, your sole recourse shall be repair, as described in the preceding paragraphs. Turbobay Performance LLC will not be held liable to your or any other party for any damages that result from the use of this product. Damages that are excluded, but are not limited to, the following: installation fees, damage to engine components, damage to personal or public property, personal injury, medical bills, and/or subsequent death. In no event will Turbobay Performance LLC. will be liable for more than the turbocharger purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges.

 

Shipping & Handling Policy

All turbochargers are carefully packaged prior to shipment. Once a package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for handling and delivery. While we take every precaution to protect your order, damage during transit can occur and is outside of our control.

Customers are required to inspect all packages upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to us within 48 hours. Photos of the packaging and product are required for any damage claim.

Minor shipping-related issues, such as damaged studs or fittings, will be resolved by sending replacement parts or arranging repair. In cases of more significant damage, we will provide instructions for return and inspection.

All original packaging must be retained for any shipping damage claim. Failure to do so may affect claim eligibility.

“Fragile” Disclaimer

Even if labeled fragile, carriers don’t guarantee special handling

We will assist with filing claims when applicable, but the carrier is ultimately responsible for damage during transit.
