1.6T SmartStream upgrade (K5 /SANTA CRUZ/ ELANTRA /SONATA /KONA)

We are now offering turbocharger upgrades for the 1.6L SmartStream engines

We start with all new oem cores (no core needed). TBP upgraded race thrust components, all new internals, CNC machined compressor covers and seal plate (V2/V3 upgrade) and cnc machined turbine housings for the (V3 upgrade). VSR high speed balanced and computer pressure tested. We machine and upgrade all in house not outsourced like others. 100% Bolt on installation 

Upgrades:

• Upgraded compressor wheel 42x54mm for our V2 units and 46x60mm for our V3 units
• TBP upgraded larger turbine wheel on V3 units for even more mid to top end HP
• TBP upgraded thrust component CNC machined housings

Vehicle fitment:

-Hyundai Sonata 2020 Sonata models with the 1.6L Smartstream turbocharged engine. 

  
-Hyundai Kona The 2022 and 2024 Hyundai Kona models with the 1.6L Smartstream turbocharged     engine.  

-Hyundai Santa Cruz The 2022 and newer Hyundai Santa Cruz models with the 1.6L Smartstream   turbocharged engine.   

-Hyundai Elantra The 2021 and newer Hyundai Elantra models with the 1.6L Smartstream     turbocharged  engine.  

*Kia K5 2019 and newer Kia K5 models with the 1.6L Smartstream turbocharged engine.
